Valid request for patient data deletion
As per IG Standards, an organisation’s Caldicott Guardian or Privacy Officer must write an authenticated and validated request from, co-signed by a senior clinical representative.
You can send this request to [email protected]. The team will likely ask questions to validate the request. Our Information Governance team work with an appropriate engineer to securely delete the requested personal data, without viewing it. A record of this action and the written request for it are retained in a secure log by CareIQ.
